Details and Photos

Aft view, note the easy access scoops, the dinghy davits are hanging down.   The dinghy site right behind the upper seats.   There is a shower on  port side with has hot/cold water .   Shore side water inlet.

View with dinghy up

Cockpit

In the photos above you can see the 2 rows of seating aft with cushion.   Storage under the floor with nothing to stub toes on.  You can also see the aft storage locker for items such as fuel, water toys and general items you don't want to bring inside.

Helm

The helm seat rotates about 90 degrees so you can visit with guests.   You have great visibility from the helm when maneuvering as you throttles are outboard and there is a little base to stand on.   Instruments are easy to see and reach.  VHF at helm.     All lines including  main halyard run just forward of the helm.

Forward

Extremely wide open deck with nothing to stub your toe on nor any hatches to fall into.   The deck is all level compared to some Lagoon and Voyage cats that have two level decks.

Windlass is very accessible,  Chain does not go down across the trampolines causing a mess.   There are 2 doors that open just forward of the windlass to give easy access to the anchor bridle or clearing the anchor when it fouls something.   Boat is also wired for a remote anchor at helm.

Cleats on the forward strut so you don't have to run mooring lines around the life lines to the side cleats.

There are 2 trampolines, both in great shape.   Two Trampolines allows them not to sag when more than one person stands on them.   These are also not net as a lot of Catamarans have so they are comfortable to lay and walk on.

This is the most popular spot on the boat.   Each hull has a full bow seat that you can sit forward or backwards.    There are also drink holders on each.

Galley

The galley is totally functional as a live aboard boat.   Most catamarans are built for the charter market and assume you will each ashore every night.   The cook top is a 3 burner.    There are 2 refrigeration units.   Unit one is a 4cu. foot dorm fridge/freezer under the Nav Station.  The second unit forward is a freezer which is extremely well insulation.   The solar panels have no issue with running both units.

Main Salon

Very user friendly main salon.   The settees are in an L shape allowing two adults to lay down head to head if needed.   We have used this as a pilot berth on long passages.   Much more comfortable than the oval settees.   There is storage under the starboard side.   Under the forward side are the batteries and air conditioner.   the freezer is locate on the left side of the settee.

Cabins and Heads

The boat has 3 cabins and 2 heads below.   The cabins aren't spacious but room enough for a tall person.    Starboard head has a Jabsco electric toilet, no pumping!!!     The owner's head is very large and very comfortable for any activity needed.   The Washer/Dryer is located forward in the head.

The port head is not spacious but quite functional with a manual head.    Each side has 40 gallon holding tanks with high level alarms.   Aft portside cabin is a bit larger than the other cabins and also has more storage.

Nav Station

The nav station is very user friendly and has plenty of space to spread out as well as rare shelves on and IS 400.   SSB   Xantrex Link 2000 battery monitoring system.

Other Items

You can see the 4 75w solar panels up high for maximum sunlight.   There is also a walkway to the end of the boom so you can zip your stack pack and stow your reef lines at the end of the day.

The rig is a sparcraft with a Facnor bat car system.  There is a Raymarine Radar.

The dinghy davits are simple for one person to operate and easy to hoist the dinghy.  No crane system like on the Voyage and best of all the dinghy does not move once she is secured from side to side motion.   Nothing more annoying than having the dinghy swinging.

All lines including the main halyard lead to the electric winch at the helm.    Just to the left of the winch is the traveler winch.  One winch moves the traveler either way.   The boom can be tightened down very tight so it does not move and squeak while underway - a major annoyance to me.
