Below is a screen capture from the Panama Canal of 3 Island Spirit 400s crossing to the Pacific. Island Fling, Zab-a-Cat and Moyo all are full time cruising out for multiple years. Very amazing to get 3 together for 1 crossing. Crossing date Feb 9, 2012. These are bluewater cruising boats!
Both boats are very similar but still very different. I have owned several Island Spirits and been skipper of several others so I am assisting the owners in the sale of their boats. Both owners are busy working or cruising but I can pretty much answer any question you might have as I have spent time aboard both boats.
